Very happy with the colour scheme. I liked how you could go online and take a look at colour schemes and some display homes.

Liked receiving updated photos of the property at each stage, as we weren't able to get there ourselves to view it. This was always pleasing to see the progress.

When I emailed Shelly, she always responded in a timely manner and answered all my queries.

We would recommend Hayman Homes to any other investor looking to build a quality home at a good price.

Really happy with the work of the tradesmen. Great clean-up and presentation.

We played a bit of telephone tag, but our questions were answered within a reasonable timeframe.

We were very pleasantly surprised when we inspected the home just prior to completion. The finishing was excellent, and any areas we were not happy with were marked with a red dot and guaranteed to be rectified.

Hayman Homes (HH) have recently built a new home for us which we are very pleased with. Throughout the whole process, the company was very easy to deal with.

The ready availability and accessibility of the HH team to us as offshore clients was hugely comforting and this allowed us to experience a consistently smooth progression of the project through all its phases from start to finish.

In all respects, the HH team was responsive and their communication timely, clear and helpful. Our requests for design changes along the way were handled efficiently and effectively by email or telephone which ultimately meant that we were able to make final choice decisions quickly and enable HH to maintain good forward momentum with construction.

HH did a great job in keeping us totally informed from go to whoa and we applaud them for their professionalism in successfully delivering a high standard and very pleasing result.

We would definitely commend HH to prospective home builders like ourselves – we certainly would call upon the company’s services again.

Our sincere apologies for the delay in responding to your company’s great act of generosity.

We have had (in the last week) the great task of leasing out our family home and moving house. This was very sudden and un-avoidable due to a family crises (with elderly parents). As we work through the week the logistics of setting up our household and dealing with family issues, we were moved to make time and drop you a line.

As per our customer feedback, we were delighted with the finished product. You did a great job! We were impressed with the high calibre of your staff - professional and friendly. They truly are customer focused and were a pleasure to work (especially Renee). The only area we were not totally satisfied with was the time frame for the completion of the house.

Our Financial Manager explained the reasons for the delays (which was beyond your control eg Council Approval, Christmas period, rain etc) The phone call from your Construction Manager was reassuring and gave us clarity re: our Building Saga.

Having built before (not for an investment) we were fully aware of some of the variables that can cause delays. Garry’s phone call restored our faith and confidence in Hayman Homes.

Having established that your company was clearly Not at Fault, makes your gift of an air-conditioner (installed in record time) a very, very generous gesture. Your company’s commitment to exceed customer expectations (and actually delivering on that promise) leaves us speechless and grateful.

Therefore, it is with great pleasure and privilege that we recommend Hayman Homes to family and friends as a Builder with great integrity.

In 2004 I engaged Hayman Homes to build two investment houses for me. During the selection process and throughout the building process, I had absolutely no trouble or problems at all with them.

The entire process was smooth and at final inspection which I conducted myself, there was two items that required attention and Fraser ( who was the Site Supervisor) already had them on his list of to do.

This was the most hassle-free and smoothest I have ever experienced in building houses.

The service of Hayman Homes was notably good. We have previously built a Home at Northlakes and the service didn’t compare to your level of service.

A reputable property agent and engineer who represents us conducted the final inspection on our behalf. In his feedback to us he said that he was very impressed with the finished product.

Not being able to attend the final inspection, he made us feel satisfied with our decision to elect Hayman Homes as our choice of builder.

Having some bad experiences with Post-building service in the past with other builders is something we were focused on. We saw some photos that were emailed to us that had some minor faults - these faults seem to be been attended to promptly. It was satisfying to know we didn’t have to go through all the much to get things fixed. We were very happy with your Post-Building service.

Having said all this and giving you a big thumbs up, we would be more than happy to chose Hayman Homes again when we build.
